The Peninsula Silent Flyers (PSF) is an Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) sanctioned club dedicated to the enjoyment of building and flying radio control sailplanes and electric-powered aircraft. The club was established in 1985 and continues to maintain a robust membership. New members are always welcome.

Entradero Re-Opened!

Thanks to a new agreement with the current baseball lessee and the City, we are once again able to fly from the big field at Entradero Park. The lessee has poured a lot of money into the field and it really looks great. Members who wish to begin flying again at Entradero may do so once they've reviewed revised rules and paid the new annual access fee of $100. All the details and forms can be found in the 2017 membership package. If you have questions, please contact a club officer. Hope to see you there!

Compliant with Torrance Airport

As you know, both Entradero and Del Cerro Park are within 5 miles of
Torrance airport. John Spielman notified Torrance airport in November
about PSF operations at our two fields to ensure we are fully compliant
with the "Special Rule for Model Aviation" in section 336 of the FAA
Modernization and Reform Act of 2012. The notification states that we
will keep our aircraft below 400 feet AGL.

2016 Membership Package Available

It's that time of year again - time to renew your club membership. The latest package has been uploaded here for your convenience. You can download, print, sign and send it together with your fees to our secretary. Alternatively, you can take care of it at the next club meeting.

It's That Time Again...

... to renew your club membership. If you've not already renewed, please download the 2015 membership package (found on the Join/Renew page), print the forms appropriate for the club fields you use, fill them out and send to our secretary, along with the necessary payment. All the instructions can be found on the forms.

Please also take a few minutes to review the flying guidelines included in the package. Staying safe and considerate of our neighbors is the best way to ensure we retain our flying privileges at our sites. Thanks!
