Compliant with Torrance Airport

As you know, both Entradero and Del Cerro Park are within 5 miles of
Torrance airport. John Spielman notified Torrance airport in November
about PSF operations at our two fields to ensure we are fully compliant
with the "Special Rule for Model Aviation" in section 336 of the FAA
Modernization and Reform Act of 2012. The notification states that we
will keep our aircraft below 400 feet AGL.
